Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I got pulled over because they said my license plate light was not there and then they searched my car and I got in trouble. Well later I went to check to see if we have a light on the car for license plate and it was there and it worked and you could see it works. So can we still get in trouble even though what they pulled me over for wasn't even true?
