Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I was pulled over for speeding. Handed the officer all my information. Signed what he told me to. I get to my destination and review my ticket and it had another persons name, dob, address, car, tag # everything. The only thing correct was the speed i was going and the location and time. My signature is nowhere on the ticket. What do i do?
