Is a purported traffic violation which includes a traffic ticket affected by it being given in an entrapment situation?

We need a lot more information before we can answer this one.
How on earth could one be "entrapped" into a traffic ticket situation? Did a policeman furnish you with a 1968 Mustang and say, "That guy over there says he's faster than you"?
I very much doubt that you were "entrapped."
