Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I have a question. i got a ticket for parking infront of a pool hall on the sidewalk next to the building. there were about 8 other bikes there too. me and my friends had just parked there. the owner had let us park there in the past. a police car drove up saw us there and came straight 2 me and ticketed only me cause they said they just saw me pull up which was not true cuz we all got there at the same time. what can i do i dont feel that was right only i got a ticket for parking there. i had just barely got off my bike like 5 seconds.

The ticket will identify the court; go to the court, talk to the court clerk, and ask for a trial. At the trial, tell the Judge what you told me.
