Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I received a speeding ticket on Hwy 45 just south of Dallas, TX. The ticket states that I am to appear at the courthouse for arraignment at 4:00pm this Saturday, but the court is not open at that time/day. Should I appear anyway and then try to have case dismissed due to this error?

You need to appear in the court BY that date. You should call the court and ask the clerks how to proceed. (This will not affect your ability to have the ticket dismissed.)
