Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I received a speeding violation for 70 in a 60. the officer told me multiple times, and I argued with him about it that he "paced" me or followed me at the same speed. However when he gave me my ticket he wrote that he used a radar. If i took this to court would it be dismissed because we would not be able to produce a radar reading for my citation?

If I were you, I'd demand a jury trial (do this as soon as possible), and roll the dice. Sometimes the officer doesn't even show up, and the case. gets dismissed.
