Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

We have received a traffic ticket generated by a red light camera for running a red light. In fact whoever was driving (we don't know because it was the "family" car everyone drives) turned right from a designated right hand turn lane into and through a clear intersection as the video on the red light camera website shows. It also shows two other vehicles passing throught the intersection just as we did but the camera did not go off. The through traffic signal is red in each case. In addition, the officer producing the ticket filled out the information stating the car was 2 door when it is a 4 door and he misspelled the owners name - my husband - each time he entered it. Do we have any grounds to appeal?

Perhaps. You need to consider the available options and the costs entailed. It may be cheaper to get deferred disposition instead of trying the case..
