Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
If i recived a ticket by an officer that didnt witness the offense can it b dismissed. A sheriff had someone pulled over an i couldnt get over a lane so he radioed ahead an had another officer write me a ticket

Fight the ticket. However, here's what will happen: at trial, the officer who actually SAW the offense will show up and testify. If that doesn't happen, then the State can't convict you; officer #2 can't come into court and say, "I heard that Mr. Jones committed a traffic offense ..."
I'd fight the ticket anyway. Demand a jury trial. Make them work for their money.
