reinstatement of DL
was issued a temporary DL# so they could suspend it and I spent 90 days in jail so now I would likme to get my license I need it for my joj what can I do

It depends upon why it was suspended in the first place. You may be required to pay a surcharge, you may be eligible for an ODL, you may have to sit out a period of suspension. DPS should have sent you a letter explaining the reasons -- if not, call them and ask them. You will probably need a lawyer to get it reinstated, if it is anything other than a surcharge penalty.
