Seat Belt
I got a''No seat Belt Ticket'' when coming out of a drive thru resturant before I ever exited the drive thru lane.

It is a misconception that police do not have authority over traffic issues on private property.
Anytime you are 'operating' a motor vehicle, you have to abide by motor vehicle laws, including seat belts.
