Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Seat Belt Law
I am a Missouri resident with no driver's license. I got a ticket for failure to wear a seatbelt in Texas. What can they do to me if I don't pay it? Will they issue a warrant for my arrest in Missouri?

Re: Seat Belt Law
Probably not. On the other hand, you won't be able to get a driver's license anywhere, or insurance. If you get stopped, the Texas warrant will show up on the NCIC, and they can hold you while making a determination if TX is going to come and pick you up.
