I am a sixteen year old in Texas and I just received a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident. There were minor damages done to the victims vehicle but no insurance claims have been filed yet. What is the likelihood of me having my license suspended

Fight the ticket. Demand a jury trial. This will GREATLY reduce the likelihood of your license being suspended.
