Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
My son has several traffic tickets in different counties in Texas..he thinks that after 7 years the statute will run out and he can get a driver's license without paying the fines on these tickets. Is that true? I don't think so.

Nope. All of those tickets should be preventing him from getting his license renewed.
