Speeding police vehicles
Where can I find a list of the official laws that govern when a police vehicle is allowed to exceed the posted speed limit?

That is an easy question with a difficult answer. There is a great deal of caselaw on this issue, which you would have to research. You can also review the Texas Transportation Code.
Recently, the USSC issued a ruling on this issue. You can find the CNN version of it at
