Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Speeding ticket
I've got a speeding ticket leaving Illinois, and returning back to Houston, Texas. I was going 20 miles over the speeding limit. I would like to contest the ticket and take a defensive driving course, but I have no intentions heading back to Illinois to face a judge, is there any way that I can do that, without heading back to Illinois?

Re: Speeding ticket
Hire a lawyer in the jurisdiction where you got the ticket, to arrange for defensive driving or deferred disposition.
