Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I got a speeding ticket in Pasadena, Tx. What happens if I plead not guilty, ask for a trial by Jury and then don't show up to court? I have a Class "A" CDL.

What will happen is that they'll charge you with the separate offense of "failure to appear."
Go ahead and demand a trial by jury, and do your own jury trial. And show up for court. Most of the time, the prosecutor will cut you a deal when you show up on trial day. I know this for a fact (well, it worked in Richardson, Texas).
