Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Speeding Ticket
I received a speeding ticket in Houston, Texas in September, 2007. I pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial. My trial was set for January, 2008. I went to court, waited all day and then was told my trial would have to be reset to May 2, 2008. Again I went to court, waited all day and then was told my trial was reset to August 22, 2008. Is there anything I can do other than keep showing up to court every time they reset my trial date?

Re: Speeding Ticket
There is not much you can do, except hire a lawyer to resolve it for you.
