Speeding Ticket

Need to know how to go about requesting a supenea for the Calabration of the radar gun used, the Certification of the user (State Trooper) and the radar gun? Who and how would I request these items from? I have a court date with the DA on 5-23-07. Also can all the citations issued by this State Trooper for the last year be supeneaed? I have been wrongly accused and plan to fight this to the supreme court if necessary. I make too much money to be assigned an attorney, but can not afford one at this time due to my wife is not working.

I am sorry, but I don't think you can afford not to hire a lawyer. Make some changes in your budget, and find a defense lawyer that will accept a payment plan. Litigation cannot be learned overnight. It is a subpoena and it is callibration.
