Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Ex Spongment
y tickets consist of mosty speeding, 1 red light, and 1 no insurance. I hear if I wait 3 years they will be removed from my record is that true? Alsosince I pled guily by paying my tickets will they be able to be exsponged?

Part of your question does not appear, but if you plead guilty to no insurance, you may have had your license suspended, unless you contacted DPS and paid the surcharge.
The tickets are not removed from your records, but after time, they drop off the DPS list for surcharge penalties. You may want to have an attorney review your entire traffic history to determine your options.
