Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
if im stopped by the police on my motorcycle and i pull over does the police have the right to take my photo and can i refuse?

Anybody anywhere has the right to take your photograph, as long as he doesn't trespass (climb over your backyard fence, or break in thruogh your living room window).
