Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I am in Texas and have a question. In an intersection if you are in a right turn only lane that terminates in a lane that is separate from those accessible by traffic coming from your left, do you still have to make a complete stop at a red light?

Yes, if that lane has a red light at the time you turn or the lane has a stop sign. If it's just a yield sign and there's no traffic in the lane you are trying to turn into, there shouldn't be a problem.
