Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
In Texas.Is it posable to have my driving record sealed or "sponged". Im loosing my job and a dwi is in the way of getting the better ones. The dwi is about 10 years old.

I don't think so. Expunction is only an option where charges are dismissed, acquitted or the the conviction pardoned.
The other option would be a motion for nondisclosure which only applies to successfully completed deferred adjudications. Currently the state does not allow deferred for DWI. I don't know about ten years ago.
If you did not receive deferred, it would seem that your only option would be to apply for a pardon from the governor and then apply to have the pardoned offense expunged.
