Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Got a ticket while on deferred disposition. What are my options?

I believe the condition is not to receive any convictions for the same or similar offenses during the deferral period. Depending upon the offense charged this may not be a problem.
If it is, hire an attorney to reset the case until the deferral period expires. Then take care of the new ticket.
