Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I got a ticket on a highway for speeding, but I was going with the flow of traffic trying to get back over in right lane to exit to another hwy. Driver Safety course says if your going with the flow of traffic you aren't speeding. What is the legality of this in the Texas laws?

Forget about "legalities." You need to make sure that the court knows that you want a JURY TRIAL on your ticket case.
Don't try to make your case to the judge, or to the cop; make your case to a six-man jury.
