i got a ticket in houston for no seat belt i didnt hava a id at the time then i moved to lubbock and i just barely got my id . will it appear in lubbock
i had a court date but i was failure to appear now i think i have a warrant ? will althis show wwen they run my id

When who runs your ID? If you go to DPS, they will see the warrant. Moveover, you will not be able to get a new license when yours expires unless you have taken care of that ticket and warrant.
