Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
got a ticket for having an out of state license for more than 90 days in Texas...my GA license is valid until 2012. Does anyone know how much the fine will be, and/or could I fight it?

Yes, you can fight it.
Go to the court NOW and demand a jury trial. You're guilty, of course; what you want the jury to do is decide how much the fine should be (the Judge automatically sets it at the maximum).
Sometimes a jury will find you guilty and set the fine at $5.
