old ticket warrents
i have old tickets...at least 5 years old.. i havent been driving at least that long, could i get them dismissed?

Probably not. A lawyer would have to look at the files and see if they could be quashed. Sometimes a warrant can be quashed if the person was readily available, and there was no effort to serve the warrant. It does not apply in all situations.
Muni court will often allow you to post a cash bond in lieu of the warrant, get a court date, and negotiate the ticket.
