Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I got a ticket yesterday for speeding which I don't dispute but the officer put on the ticket that we had my boyfriends child who is three and thirty pounds unrestrained when in fact we had him in a booster seat how do I take care of this?

Fight it. Don't plead guilty; demand a jury trial. Plan to bring your witnesses to the trial.
You're in the same boat as any person who is falsely accused of a crime. Fight it. Fight the speeding offense too, while you're at it.
