Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I was ticketed for speeding, on the ticket the officer stated the limit was 30 on the road, however the speed limit sign noted 40 mph on a county road with nothing written underneath it for night or for trucks. How can I defense this ticket.

Start with a photograph of the sign, and establish the setting in relation to your citation. You could also bring in a couple of witnesses that have personal knowledge of the area and the speed limit signs. I take it you were traveling less than 40 mph.
