Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
no title
my grandfather bought a pickup from a friend. his friend didn't have the title and he can not remember who he got the truck from. is it possible to get a title for it, with this little of information?

Yes, but it will cost more than a regular title. Call your nearest DPS regional office. They have forms to apply for a bonded title. Your grandfather will provide an affidavit explaining how he acquired the truck, with as much detail and documentation as he has. If it legitimate, then DMV will issue him a bonded title.
