Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Towed from my own Apt. paid spot!
I was towed from my own reserved parking spot at my apartment complex. I had the tags, actually two tags, displayed on my vehicle. I had to pay $140 to get it out and niether the towing company or the complex wants to pay me back. Is there anything i can do?

Yes, sue the complex and the towing company.
