Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Traffic court
If you challenge a traffic ticket and the officer or court says they have a video tape do they have to make you aware of it ahead of time? Do they have to make the defense aware of any evidence they have to use against them?

Yes, if you timely and properly filed a discovery motion, and the court order the disclosure.
