Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
traffic ticket
I was given a ticket for failure to yeild right of way when a motorcycle passed the car behind me and hit me. I don't believe this to be right. What are my options?

Then contest the ticket. Ask for a court date, then decide if you want to represent yourself, or retain an attorney.
