officer gave me a ticket for speeding also no seatbelt i removed my seatbelt only to talk to him

You have several choices:
Try to negotiate this with the prosecutor.
Ask for a trial.
Hire a lawyer.
Pay the ticket.
(the prosecutor may be willing to drop the seat belt charge if you plead to the speeding -- but you really need to get deferred on any charge you plead to)
