Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
traffic ticket
I got a overr weight ticket in TX, in a commercial truck and the ticket has a place for me to sign ''i promise to appear in court'' but they did not have me sign it,the officer signed it, I did not, do still have to show up?

Yes, you do, and since you have a commercial license, you don't want to jeopardize it. Call the court, find out when the court date is -- usually you have to make contact within 10 days.
