Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
traffic ticket
received a ticket for speeding went to the pay a reduced fine ($112)and have to make an appt to go to an on line class to get this removed from my record. Also had to pay a 10.00 free to get my records. Just noticed ticket says my race is Hispanic however I am white caucasion. Can I do anything about this

You can file a Motion to Dismiss, but my guess is that the judge would rule that the errror is not material.
