i have traffic tickets from december 2004 i need to know how to get everything paid so i can get my driver liscence back

Talk to a lawyer. It might be possible to get one or more quashed. It might also be possible to post a cash bond for the warrants, get the case back on the court's docket and resolve the ones that can still be prosecuted.
