Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Traffic Violation - Speeding in School Zone
My court date is next week and I checked on the status today. It said that the case status was disposed and the disposal description was: dism motion of the state. What does that mean?

It means that for some reason, the prosecutor dismissed the ticket. You should contact the court directly, to confirm that it has been dismissed, and get a copy of the order.
