Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Can my traffic violations be removed from my driving record? I am a CDL driver.

Short answer is no. Once the violations are on your driving record, they will remain there for three years.
Because you have a CDL, you are not eligible for deferral; however, a good traffic ticket attorney can help with creative ways to keep citations off of your record even witha CDL. Next time, contact an attorney prior to making a plea.
