Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Old traffice tickets
My husband has a old ticket back in 1997 there a trying to issue a warrant for him and he got a tickets 1month an did deffensive driving and they didn't mention a warrant. I wanted to know if this city didn't file this ticket with the state can they still file a warrant for an old ticket.

It depends. If he was in the state, and readily found, the warrant can probably be quashed. Speak with a criminal defense attorney in your locale.
