Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
unpaid traffic ticket
I have an unpaid speeding ticket around 5 years old from Houston, Texas. I'm pretty sure a warrant has been issued. How can I take care of this ticket and get it behind me? I don't know the ticket number.

Re: unpaid traffic ticket
You might want to call the agency that issued the citation and find out if there is an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Most big counties have a dedicated number for the public to call and inquire about warrants. Ask the clerk about the procedure for paying for the citation and warrant fees.
