Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
vehicle accident
i got hit by another car, (them being at fault) the driver was excluded from the insurance. Is there anything i can do for their insurance to pay for my car damages?? we have police reports to prove it was their fault..

Not likely, but you can sue the owner and driver of the car.
