Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
vehicular homicide?
15 yr old with permit but no licensed driver crashed into another car, killing person. Is that vehicular manslaughter and to what extent are parents responsible? Can teen go to jail?

There are too many factors involved here to be able to fully answer your question. If there was negligence involved (which Texas courts find to be any traffic violation), then there could be a charge of criminal negligent homicide.
