Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
warrants
My husband has court issued warrants on his speeding tickets. He was unable to attend court because he was at school in a different state. Can he get the warrants dismissed without appearing in court in person?

Re: warrants
Maybe.
He is going to need a lawyer to try to consolidate and remove the warrants. Otherwise, he can contact the courts by phone, and ask if he can pay the warrants and the tickets. The long-term cost of doing that, however, will probably be far more than the cost of a lawyer.
