If there is an outstanding warrant in one county will you be arrested renewing a drivers license in another county in the same state? ( Misdemeanor Warrant )

Without knowing more information, I would say yes, you face a very good possibility of being arrested while you are renewing your drivers license-no matter what county you are in.
