Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
wreck without insurance
I got in a wreck yesterday without insurance, and I was wondering if I let the ticket go to warrent if it will go on my perminate record. Because I have been saving to get insurance and I cant afford to have this wreck on my record to get it. Thank you for your help.

Re: wreck without insurance
You need to take care of this. If you let it go to warrant you will have a WORSE record, and risk being arrested. Almost all jurisdictions have a process whereby you can get the ticket dismissed by following certain procedures.
