Wreck in a parkling lot

My boyfriend was in a wreck in a gas station parking lot. The other driver was at fault in a company truck. From the company name on the truck door to the police report to their ins. company, none of the names are the same. And can't find any info on the comp. name on truck door. Should he get a lawyer? Nothing about the other driver is making any sense. Also how long after a wreck do you have to see a doctor for back or neck pain? Wreck was about 2 wks ago, boyfriends back just now starting to bother him. Please help ASAP.

If he hurts, he should see a doctor. There is no rule about how long after a wreck the pain starts. The lapse in time between the wreck and the doctor visit is a problem the personal injury lawyer will deal with. Ditto the problem as to who is the true defendant in the case.
