Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Wrecked w no insurance
I was is a car accident and it was my fault and the other motorist truck was damaged my car was totaled and the other motorist had only only liability. The car is under my dad's name and I have no property i am a single mother of 2 young children. The other motorist is now wnating more and more money for repair I have no credit and no money to speak of my question is what can this motorist do to me or my dad i received a no insurance ticket and nothing else and i need some option or opinion on what to do or what my rights if any are?

If yo do not handle this, you stand to lose your driver's license, as well as have a judgment against you.
