Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

Wreckless driving / deadly conduct?

My 16 year old daughter had a one vehicle accident in which she was traveling over the speed limit (allegedly @100 mph). She has no memory of the accident. It is expected for her to be charged with either wreckless driving or deadly conduct. The case has been sent to juvenile; however, she could possible be charged as an adult. Help!
