Wrong informnation on the citation ticket
If the cop wrote down wrong information on the citation such as saying I was caught in a four door car when it was a two door and also saying I was white and not asian will this have any affect on dismissing the case?

Incorrect indentifying information on the charging instrument (citation) may give the judge enough to dismiss your case. Attorneys who practice this type of defense do volume business and are therefore able to help for a very nominal fee. Find one.
